LeadGlue in detail All software
Why we built it

A real problem, solved properly

Agencies pay real money for every portal enquiry, sign call and referral. Then those leads sit in an inbox while the fastest competitor books the appraisal. The gap isn't effort — it's that nothing in the office is keeping score in real time.

Rather than bolt a reminder onto a generic CRM, we built the follow-up discipline into the product itself. LeadGlue doesn't wait to be checked. It pushes, escalates, reassigns and asks for outcomes until the record is complete.

That's the same approach we bring to client work: start with the business process, automate the parts a system does better than a person, and keep a human in the loop where judgement matters.

What that looks like in practice

  • Twenty seconds to log a lead on any phone or computer, with address lookup filling in the rest.
  • Routed automatically — sales to sales, rentals to property management — and the clock starts.
  • Ignoring the app doesn't clear it. Only logging the call does.
  • Every outcome recorded — won, lost with a reason, or appraisal booked with the calendar handled.
The functions

One system for the whole agency

No modules, no add-ons, no per-feature pricing. Every office on LeadGlue gets all of it.

Relentless follow-up

The chase ladder books every next call itself — 20 minutes, 2 hours, 6 hours and on. Never-called leads alert every eight minutes until someone rings.

Alerts that actually land

Push notifications that arrive like a text message, email as the backup, and the owner looped in the moment a call runs properly late.

Tasks for the whole team

Hand work across the office or set your own. A task with a time on it gets chased like a lead — minus the phone call.

Appraisals, calendar handled

Booked with a time and an address, written into Google Calendar, and the outcome requested an hour after it ends — repeatedly, until it's answered.

Reports that name names

Per-agent and per-source conversion, speed to first call, and the reasons leads are lost — plus a CSV export of everything, any time.

Automatic reassignment

A lead sitting a day past due moves to whoever has capacity. Everyone involved is told — including the owner. Nobody quietly sits on an enquiry.

Email, done for you

Ready-written templates for every moment, a signature builder for the team, and replies that land back with the right agent.

Contacts with full history

Everyone who has ever enquired, every lead they raised, and every call and text logged against it — one tap away.

Built for the phone

Native Android and iPhone apps, one-tap call and text with the message already written, dictated call notes, and light or dark to match the device.

The personalities

Three seats, one source of truth

The same data, presented three different ways — because a principal, a sales agent and a property manager each need a different question answered the moment they open the app.

The Principal

See the whole office without asking anyone

Every lead, every overdue call and every excuse on one dashboard. You're told when someone falls behind, when an appraisal books, and when a lead is won or lost and why. The reports name names: per-agent conversion, per-source performance, speed to first call.

The Sales Agent

Hot sellers never wait, cold ones come back

The queue tells you exactly who to ring next and why. Book the appraisal in the same tap. And the not-ready-yet vendor resurfaces in March, exactly when they said to call — instead of being forgotten in a notebook.

The Property Manager

Every landlord enquiry followed up like a sale

Rental appraisals, agency switches and new managements get the same relentless follow-up — plus tasks you can hand across the office and watch until they're ticked off.

Offer Glue in detail All software
Why it exists

We couldn't find it, so we wrote it

Two things were wanted: software that would tell a buyer where they stood, and software that put every offer in front of the vendor, in one place, for them to decide. Nothing available to buy did both.

So we built it. Offer Glue runs on every Wemark Real Estate listing taken to market — it isn't licensed from a software vendor, and no other agency runs it. It exists because the business needed it, and that shapes everything about how it works.

It's also a neat demonstration of a rule we apply to client work: the interesting problem is rarely the technology. Here it was a compliance constraint — and the product is the answer to it.

The constraint that shaped it

In South Australia an agent isn't permitted to tell one buyer what another has offered.

Most agencies treat that as a reason to tell a buyer nothing at all. But a ranking isn't a price. A buyer can be shown their position in the field without any confidential figure being revealed — so that's exactly what Offer Glue shows.

Position is based on price alone. A vendor may still accept an offer that isn't the highest — deposit, settlement and conditions matter too.

The functions

What the platform does

One system covering both sides of a negotiation — and a complete record of it afterwards.

Live offer position

A buyer sees their rank out of the total, how many sit ahead and how many behind — updated the moment it changes, and never showing another buyer's figure.

Offers made online

Submitted from a phone at the open home or afterwards. Nothing to print, nothing to scan, and the same format every time.

Written confirmation in seconds

Every buyer receives a written record of exactly what they offered, immediately — so there's never a dispute about what was put forward.

The vendor's comparison view

Every offer side by side — not just price, but deposit, settlement and conditions. A clean unconditional offer can beat a higher one, and seeing them together is how you tell.

One closing countdown

Set a closing time and every buyer sees the same clock. Nobody is told a different deadline.

Messaging inside the campaign

Questions and answers stay attached to the offer they belong to, instead of scattering across texts, emails and phone calls.

A printable campaign record

Every offer, message, notification and decision timestamped on one record you can print — who was told what, and when.

Privacy by design

Buyers never see the vendor's screen. The vendor sees each offer and its terms, not the buyer's name. No buyer ever sees another buyer's price.

Change it any time

A buyer can raise, lower or withdraw an offer right up until offers close. Nothing is binding until contracts are signed by both parties.

The personalities

Three people, three different truths

The same campaign, shown three ways — because what a buyer is allowed to know, what a vendor needs to decide, and what an agent has to prove are three different things.

The Buyer

Know where you stand, without the guessing

Register interest, offer from your phone, and get it in writing in seconds. Then watch your position — 2nd of 3, one ahead, one behind — and change your offer any time before it closes. You'll never see another buyer's price, and you'll never be left on "I'll let you know".

The Vendor

Every offer, side by side. Your call

Price, deposit, settlement and conditions together on one screen, the moment each offer arrives. Your agent presents and negotiates — but only you can accept, and you're deciding on the full picture rather than a summary over the phone.

The Agent

Everything defensible, nothing in an inbox

Offers arrive in one format instead of by email, text and phone call. Every message and decision is timestamped on a record you can print — so what was said, and when, is never a matter of memory.

Tablewick in detail All software
Why we built it

Less admin, more welcome

Hospitality runs on small details: the person at the door, the table that's ready, the note that reaches the kitchen. Too often, those details live in a booking app, a paper floor plan, a group chat and someone's memory.

Tablewick brings reservations, guest relationships and marketing into one place, so the team spends less of the service joining the dots. It's in a pilot with venues now, and the everyday workflows are being refined in real services. Oar Kitchen and Bar already takes its bookings through Tablewick at both venues, on the new websites we built for Glenunga and Lakeside.

It's the same approach behind LeadGlue and Offer Glue: find the moment where a business loses time or customers, then build the system around how the team actually works.

Pricing a venue can plan around

  • Free to get started with 30 online bookings a month, a booking page and widget, and email confirmations.
  • Starter at $49 a month for unlimited bookings, the floor plan, card holds and 200 SMS a month.
  • Pro at $89 a month adds the waitlist, guest CRM, reports and white-label booking page.
  • Group at $69 per venue for three or more venues, with one login for the group.
The functions

From the first booking to the next visit

One system that follows a booking through the whole evening — the guest, the team, the kitchen and the invitation to come back.

Bookings on your own website

A booking page and embeddable widget that belong to the venue, with email confirmations sent the moment a guest books.

Floor plan and tables

The reservation book and the dining room in one view, so the team can see where every guest is sitting and pace the service.

Waitlist and table-ready SMS

Walk-ins go on the waitlist and get a text when their table is ready. The team sees “Texted” once the message has gone.

Guest CRM

Guest profiles, tags and visit history kept together, so the next welcome can be a little more personal.

No-show protection

Card holds back up the venue’s booking policy. Eligible no-show fees are charged through the venue’s own connected Stripe account.

Service sheets

Booking details and guest requirements emailed to the team ahead of service, so the kitchen is in the briefing too.

Email and SMS campaigns

Pick an audience by recency, visits or tags, start from a template, send a test, then send now or schedule it — only to guests who have opted in.

Reports

Booking reports to look back on the last service, spot the patterns and plan the next one.

The venue’s own branding

A white-label booking page and custom widget CSS keep the venue front and centre, not the software.

The brand

A complete identity from day one

Tablewick launched with a full brand kit rather than a logo file: a primary logo with reversed, single-colour and blue-and-white versions, two logomarks, a four-colour palette led by Lead Navy and Sea Blue, and an Avenir Next type system.

It's the kind of identity work we do for clients through our logo and branding service.

The Oar Glenunga home page: a still from the cafe's own film of two coffees on a timber table, with the Oar logo, Glenunga written in script and a live Open now until 3pm status

Oar Glenunga

oarglenunga.com.au
New · Hospitality

Oar's second venue is a cafe and kitchen on Portrush Road in Glenunga, in Adelaide's eastern suburbs, open seven days for all-day brunch and lunch, with takeaway and private functions in the evenings. It shares its brand with Oar Lakeside, but we gave it its own idea on purpose: the film. The home page opens on a short cut of a day at Glenunga, made from the cafe's own video, so the two venues feel related without being copies.

Reservations by Tablewick. Like Lakeside, Glenunga takes its table bookings through Tablewick, our own restaurant booking software, straight into the venue's reservation book. See it on Glenunga's Reserve page

  • The film: a muted 12-second loop of the day, from coffee and the pan to the festoon lights and the street front, cut from the cafe's own video. Letterbox bars draw back like a curtain, and as you scroll the film dims and pauses. Phones get their own portrait cut.
  • A day at Oar: four chapters, from the first coffee to after three, scroll past a screen that crossfades to each chapter's clip, loading each one only as you reach it
  • Tablewick reservations, the printed menu as real text with a sticky section bar, and function enquiries that confirm with a thank-you
  • Light or dark: dark is the film, light is Glenunga by day, and the site remembers your choice
  • Site search: press / or Ctrl K to search every page, dish and question
  • One Oar, two homes: Glenunga and Lakeside link to each other from every footer and both home pages, so guests find the venue nearest them
  • SEO and speed from launch: one search topic per page, restaurant, menu and FAQ structured data matched to the Google Business Profile, analytics only after cookie consent, and pages under 100KB before images and video

Travel Care is a family-run travel agency in Torrensville, booking international flights and travel insurance for Adelaide travellers since 2010. Its new website does what a booking engine can't: it puts a local agent who knows the route in front of every fare. We planned the SEO before the design, then built the site around the routes Travel Care knows best.

The site is in preview until it goes live on travelcare.net.au, and it's kept out of Google until then.

  • A motion hero and a live fare board on the home page: ask for a live price on any fare, and the request arrives with the route and the fare's reference
  • Route pages for the trips Travel Care knows best, such as Adelaide to Amritsar, Delhi and London, with a Flights to India hub
  • Get a quote and Beat this fare: two enquiry forms that go straight to the agency's inbox
  • Real Google reviews on the home page, ready to update live from Google, and a carousel of the airlines it books
  • Travel guides, with a review mode that flags any fact still to be checked before it goes live
  • SEO planned first: a page for each specialist route in a clean URL plan, drawn from our keyword research for Adelaide flights
  • Built for phones: every page works as well on a phone as on a desktop
The Oar Lakeside home page: Oar's dishes laid round a dark timber table, with Welcome and the Oar logo in the middle and a live Open now until 3pm status

Oar Lakeside

The first Oar is a licensed waterfront cafe, bar and kitchen at the Rowing SA complex on West Lakes, open seven days for breakfast and lunch, with private functions in the evenings. We rebuilt its website around one idea, the set table, so it feels like sitting down at Oar before you arrive.

Reservations by Tablewick. Oar takes its table bookings through Tablewick, our own restaurant booking software, so a booking made on the website lands straight in Oar's reservation book. See it on Oar's Reserve page

  • The set table: Oar's own dishes laid round a dark timber table, the logo in the middle like a welcome screen, and a live open or closed status in Adelaide time. Scroll, and the table opens.
  • Tablewick reservations on the Reserve page, set on a paper card like a menu on the table
  • The full menu as real text, not a PDF: every section of the printed menu, prices aligned, with a sticky section bar
  • Built for phones first: a full-screen menu, swipeable dishes and a quick dock for Reserve, Call and Directions
  • Function and wedding enquiries that go straight to the venue's bookings inbox, plus an online lunch order form
  • SEO from launch: one search topic per page, restaurant, menu and FAQ structured data, and an llms.txt file for AI search
  • Fast and light: hand-written HTML with no framework, and smaller images sent to phones

  • Offer Glue integration so buyers can make and track an offer from any listing
  • Maya, an AI assistant answering visitor questions on the site

True North Build

tnbuild.com.au
Brand-led build

A licensed Adelaide builder whose whole pitch is straight answers. We built the site around that idea — a compass metaphor carried through the navigation, the process and the copy, so the brand argument and the interface are the same argument.

  • Compass-bearing structure — the four project stages presented as waypoints from brief to keys
  • Four service streams — new homes, extensions, renovations and commercial fit-outs
  • Licence and ABN surfaced up front, because trust is the whole sale for a builder
  • Quote request and site-visit booking as the primary conversion paths
  • Editorial layout and motion built to hold attention on a long scroll
  • Fast, responsive build that stays legible on a phone at a job site

Monique Field Property

staging.mfproperty.com.au
Sales & property management

A boutique agency at Shell Cove Marina selling and managing homes from Shellharbour to the Shoalhaven. We built them a site that works as hard for landlords as it does for sellers, and that owns the local search for every suburb they operate in.

  • 57 suburb guides, each with living, prices and rents, who lives there and selling there — one page per place they list
  • Live listings from the agency's CRM — for sale, for rent and recently sold update themselves
  • Two front doors: a selling journey from prepare to settle, and a property management section for landlords, tenants and agencies switching over
  • Free market appraisal and rental appraisal booking flows, plus a rental yield calculator for investors
  • Buyer alerts so buyers register once and hear first
  • Reviews, blog and in-the-news sections so the agency's reputation does the selling

What building these says about us

Every part of these platforms is ours — the product thinking, the interface, the mobile apps, the notification engine, the integrations and the ongoing support. Nothing was outsourced and nothing is a rebadged template. LeadGlue and Offer Glue cover the two hardest moments in a property campaign, getting the lead and closing the deal, and Tablewick brings the same thinking to hospitality.

Product & UX design

We shaped the workflow around how agents actually behave under pressure — one lead at a time, a big call button, ten seconds to log the outcome.

Mobile apps

Native Android and iPhone builds, with push notifications that reach the lock screen the way a text message does.

Automation engine

Scheduling, escalation ladders, reassignment rules and outcome chasing — the logic that makes the product refuse to let a lead go quiet.

Integrations & reporting

Google Calendar sync, templated email with team signatures, and reporting with CSV export the owner can actually act on.

Rules & compliance logic

Offer Glue had to show buyers something useful without disclosing anything it legally can't. Getting that line right was the product.

Audit trails you can defend

Timestamped records of every offer, message and decision — built for the moment someone asks what happened, and when.
