We keep this simple: we collect as little as possible, we use it only to respond to you and deliver our services, and we never sell it.
This site is operated by Wemark Tech Pty Ltd (ACN 702 092 966), trading as Wemark Technologies, of Adelaide, South Australia. That company is the entity responsible for the personal information described below.
What we collect
If you send us an enquiry through the form on this site, we receive what you type into it — your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, business or website and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and the approximate city the request came from, so we know the context of the enquiry. The same applies if you contact us by email or phone instead.
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how pages are used. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical request data such as IP addresses to serve and secure the site.
The free website audit tool only fetches the public web address you give it. We don't store the audits you run.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, deliver services you engage us for, and maintain our business records. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where needed to deliver the services you've asked for or where required by law.
Storage and security
Enquiries are emailed to us and also stored on Cloudflare's platform so that a delivery failure can't lose your message. Beyond that, personal information sits in the business systems we use to operate, such as email and client records, with access limited to the people who need it to serve you.
Access, correction and questions
