Real estate website case study

How We Rebuilt Monique Field Property's Real Estate Website and Grew Its Google Impressions 15-Fold

Monique Field Property is a boutique real estate agency in Shell Cove, NSW. It was running on a generic templated website because it had no real alternative. We designed and built a new 159-page website in 16 days, connected it to the agency's listings and lead follow-up, and in its first four days Google showed the site 15 times as often as the old one, with clicks up from 6 a day to 16.

The starting point

A templated website, and no way out of it

Like many agencies, Monique Field Property was running its website on a generic template supplied with its real estate software. It looked much like every other agency site on the same platform, and its pages couldn't be shaped around what local sellers, buyers and landlords actually search for.

The agency had no practical alternative. A real estate website needs live listings, appraisal requests, agent profiles and property management, and most web designers don't build those from scratch. So the agency was well known locally, rated 5.0 from 55 Google reviews and holding 2026 Agent of the Year awards for Shell Cove and Wollongong, but almost invisible in Google for anything except its own name.

Its old website brought in about 6 clicks a day, and 39% of those came from people already searching for “Monique Field”.

What we found on day one

  • No non-brand rankings. No suburb or service search put the agency on Google's first two pages. The best was “real estate primbee” at #21.
  • Traffic from addresses, not need. Apart from the agency's name, most clicks came from people typing a listing's street address, not searching for an agent, an appraisal or a property manager.
  • Old addresses everywhere. Profiles, articles and listings lived at addresses like /agent-profile?agent_id=42868. A new site would break every one of them unless each was redirected.
  • A Business Profile at risk. The Google Business Profile name listed suburbs, which can get a profile suspended, and its website link used http.
  • No measurement. There was no way to see where people dropped out of a form, or which campaign a lead came from.
The website

A 159-page real estate website, built from scratch in 16 days

We designed and built moniquefieldproperty.com.au between 7 and 23 October 2026. Every page is written for a real question a seller, buyer, landlord or tenant in the area asks.

Houses for sale page on the Monique Field Property website, with live listings, price guides and open home times
Houses for sale, filtered by suburb, type and bedrooms. Every listing comes straight from the agency's listing system.

47 suburb pages

One for each suburb the agency works in, with median prices and rents by postcode from the NSW Rent and Sales Report, who lives there from the 2021 Census, and local schools. Every figure shows its source and date.

Live listings from Vault

Every home for sale, for lease and sold comes straight from Vault, the agency's listing system, with photos, floor plans and open home times. The site refreshes itself, so nobody types a listing twice.

A property management section

Rental appraisals, a guide to switching agents, a tenants' page and a rental yield calculator, led by property manager Jordan Thomas.

19 articles by Monique

Guides on selling costs, auctions, stamp duty, rental law changes and property management fees in NSW, written to answer what local owners search for.

Every enquiry, three places at once

Each form emails the agents, creates a lead in LeadGlue with a first-call timer, and files the enquiry in Vault. A question about a listing goes only to that listing's agents.

Built for speed and search

Plain, fast pages, structured data for Google, address suggestions in every address box, a profile for each agent, the agency's real reviews and awards, and a page that tells AI search tools what the agency does.

The SEO

Launch a much bigger site without breaking a single link

The SEO work had one rule, and it ran in six steps.

01 · Research

We chose 40 target searches across selling, appraisals, property management and each suburb, and gave each one a page of its own, so no two pages compete for the same search.

02 · On-page work

Titles, headings, structured data and internal links were written for those 40 searches. Suburb pages carry real local figures, not filler.

03 · No broken links at launch

We mapped every address on the old site to its new page with 106 redirect rules, then tested 167 old addresses from Google and old emails. All 167 land on a working page.

04 · Getting indexed fast

On launch day we submitted every page to search engines, resubmitted the sitemap in Google Search Console and asked Google to crawl the most important pages first. A daily check tracks every page until it's in Google.

05 · Local search

We audited the Google Business Profile with a 25-point map grid around Shell Cove. The agency showed for “real estate agent” at 17 points, but in the top three at only 3. The profile's website link now uses https, and a fix list is with the agency.

06 · Reporting

Every result is measured against a baseline taken on launch day, with a monthly check and a month-end report.

Leads and social media

Every visitor ends up as a lead, not an email in an inbox

Monique Field Property joined LeadGlue, our lead follow-up platform, on 23 September 2026, and we now run its social media too. Every visitor the website, the ads and the posts bring in ends up as a lead in LeadGlue, with a first-call timer and a follow-up plan.

  • An appraisal landing page, then a shorter one. worth.mfproperty.com.au runs the agency's “What's your property worth?” campaigns on Meta. Its first version asked eight questions, and Meta recorded 146 landing page views and 8 leads. On 26 October we cut it to three steps: the address, the timing, then the contact details.
  • Three landlord pages, one per angle. landlords.mfproperty.com.au puts Jordan at the front of every property management campaign: attention to detail, switching agents, and what the home should rent for. Each lead carries its angle, so the agency can see which message wins.
  • Measurement on every page. The Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 record each step of every form, so we can see exactly where people stop and fix that step.
  • One voice everywhere. Because we run the website, the ads and the social media, the posts, the ads and the pages all say the same thing.

How it fits together

Every channel we run ends in a call from the agent

SEO and the Business Profile bring people to the website. Social media and ads bring them to the landing pages. Every enquiry lands in LeadGlue, Vault and the agents' inbox at once, and LeadGlue prompts the agent to call.

1 · Found

Google search across 159 pages, the Google Business Profile in Maps, and social posts and Meta ads.

2 · Enquires

On the website or a landing page, with name, mobile and property address captured in a few steps.

3 · Captured three ways

A lead in LeadGlue with a first-call timer, a record in Vault, and an email to the right agents.

4 · Called and measured

The agent calls back and books the appraisal. Rankings, traffic and leads are measured every month.

What comes next

The first month built the foundations. The next three turn rankings into appraisals

  • The last 40 pages into Google. Sold homes and current listings, tracked daily until at least 90% of the site is in.
  • From page one to the top three. Better titles and descriptions for pages already ranking 5th to 10th, starting with the property management fees guide, which had 647 impressions in its first five days.
  • The Google Business Profile. A plain business name, services listed, fresh photos and a steady flow of new reviews, to move the agency into the map's top three across the area.
  • Testing the campaigns. The three-step appraisal form against the old eight-question form, and the three landlord angles against each other, judged on leads in LeadGlue.
  • Listings updated the moment they change. Vault's live update notices are being switched on for the website.

Why agencies choose us for real estate websites

  • We run a real estate agency ourselves. Our sister agency, Wemark Real Estate, is our proving ground. See how it reached #1 for “property management Adelaide”.
  • We build real estate software. LeadGlue and Offer Glue are ours, so listings feeds, lead routing and appraisal forms are what we do every day.
  • No templates. Every agency site is built around its own suburbs, team and searches, so it doesn't look or rank like everyone else's.
  • Website, SEO, ads and leads in one team. Nothing falls between suppliers, and every result is measured against a baseline.
